2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Final vouchers and confirmations will be issued after full payment.

3. Package Inclusions

• Transportation as per itinerary

5. Payments

• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges depend on cancellation date and supplier policies.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

7. Changes in Itinerary

8. Guest Responsibility

• Travelers must carry valid ID proof and necessary travel documents.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles will be chargeable.

9. Liability

Skyhop Travels acts as a facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, natural disasters, or government actions beyond our control.
